Please review the following policies before booking an appointment. These guidelines help ensure a smooth experience for all clients and allow us to provide the highest level of care.

Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments must be booked in advance through the online booking system.

  • A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your service.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.

  • Full service pricing will still apply.

  • Appointments delayed beyond 10–15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may result in a 50% service charge.

  • No-show appointments may result in a 50% service charge and may limit future booking privileges.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Accepted forms of payment include Zelle or cash.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

  • All services are final sale.

  • No refunds are offered for completed services.

  • If you have concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 24 hours so they can be addressed appropriately.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to your appointment.

  • Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients; services may be modified or declined for safety reasons.

Children & Guests

  • To maintain a calm and professional environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment area.

  • Children and additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance.

Sanitation & Hygiene

  • Strict sanitation and hygiene standards are followed in accordance with state regulations.

  • All tools and treatment areas are properly disinfected between clients.

Respectful Environment

  • We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

  • Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.

Right to Refuse Service

  • The right to refuse service is reserved for safety, hygiene, or behavioral concerns.
