Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment.
Full service pricing will still apply.
Appointments delayed beyond 10–15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment may result in a 50% service charge.
No-show appointments may result in a 50% service charge and may limit future booking privileges.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment include Zelle or cash.

No refunds are offered for completed services.

To maintain a calm and professional environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment area.
Children and additional guests are not allowed unless approved in advance.

All tools and treatment areas are properly disinfected between clients.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
